If you are not happy with your account manager's work in your first 14 days, tell us (your account manager, email or WhatsApp, whatever you prefer) and we refund your first payment. No questions asked, at any point during those 14 days. The guarantee is for new customers and covers your first payment only, once per customer. Renewal payments and later bookings are not covered. After the first 14 days you can still cancel at any time, and your plan simply stops at the end of the billing period.
